I would like to start by saying that I am fairly new to the Scentsy program, but I am not new
to Internet Marketing programs, MLM, or Affiliate programs on the Web. I personally have
over 25 years experience in these programs, so I do know what to look for in a company
that I wish to promote, and I have years of experience in supporting team members in
building their teams.
MLM, scary word isn’t it?
Let me assure you that the Scentsy program IS NOT something to be afraid of, it is something
to be embraced! Scentsy has gone overboard in making this program as “User-Friendly” as
humanly possible. From the ease of ordering, product description, and consistent quality control
and shipping practices, Scentsy, in my opinion, is by far a superior company to associate with!
Heck, Scentsy even ships the product UPS in a re-usable insulated zippered bag with a cold
pack inside! Scentsy highly values their product and YOUR satisfaction!
The best part about Scentsy is the fact that they/we love customers!
Scentsy has no monthly auto-ship requirements. Customers may purchase what they want,
when they want it, without any pressure at all from Corporate Scentsy, or it’s distributors. It’s
just a wonderful home business company gone “Super-Sized”! If you feel that Scentsy is a good
match for you, it is affordable, and we would love to have you as part of the Scentsy Team.
Let’s start with the products.
Scentsy products are unlike any other on the market. Picture in your mind and old burned out
scented “candle-in-a-jar”, and what do you see? More than likely you will see the side walls of
the jar covered in thick black soot, there may be about a half an inch of dirty looking wax left in
the bottom, and probably several broken off burnt match heads. Getting the picture yet?
Here is where Scentsy is different.
Picture a beautiful Scentsy Candle Warmer with a clear or lightly colored fluid in it and nothing else.
No soot, no dirty old wax, and no match tips. Getting the picture yet?
Now, let me ask you a question?
What happened to all of the wax that was in the “candle-in-a-jar” ? This is where it gets scary!
All of that wax just burned up and went into the air right? Sorry, but that is not what happened.
That nice smelling wax ended up on your walls, ceiling, carpeting, clothing, and worst of all, it
ended up in you and your families lungs! YUCK! I must say that at this time, I do not know of
any studies that show the harmful effects of this long term exposure, but common sense tells me
it can’t be good!
Scentsy products on the other hand, do not just simply evaporate. There is no wick to burn,
there is no flame or typical fire hazard associated with “Holiday Candles”, and it is highly unlikely
that you could actually get a burn from the product unless you stick your tongue to the light bulb
(not recommended)! The actual wax melts and warms to about 140 degrees, then releases its
fragrance over a long period of time. When the fragrance is gone, you simply pour out the old
wax, and add additional Scentsy Product.
Now for the Scentsy Opportunity.
I wish I had something to compare with Scentsy, but I simply don’t at this time. When you factor
in that Scentsy has a business opportunity for under $100.00 (one-time) that includes all the
samples, brochures, forms, and training that you could ever need, there really is no comparison!
BTW, the website is free for the first 3 months (while your getting started) then it’s just $10 per
month once you have started making sales! One of the other benefits of the Scentsy program is
that it is not just a holiday business! Sure, sales are fast and furious for Christmas, but with the
Patriot line, Hero Line, Campus line, and our other designer products, you could easily keep
busy year round!
